Subsidy for Group Housing Society/ Resident Welfare Association (GHS/RWA)

Rs. 18,000 per kW for common facilities, including EV charging, up to 500 kW capacity (@3 kW per house) with the upper limit being inclusive of individual rooftop plants installed by individual residents in the GHS/RWA.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Group Housing Societies (GHS): Must be registered with the appropriate government authority.
• Resident Welfare Associations (RWA): Should be legally constituted and represent the residents of a housing society.
• Common Facilities: The subsidy applies to common facilities such as EV charging stations, water pumping systems, elevators, and other utilities used by all residents.

Subsidy Details:

• Amount: Rs. 18,000 per kW of installed capacity for common facilities.
• Maximum Capacity: The subsidy is available up to a maximum of 500 kW capacity (@3 kW per house).
• Inclusive Limit: The upper limit includes the capacity of individual rooftop solar plants installed by residents within the GHS/RWA.
